Looking for a way to enjoy the balmy, relaxed summer nights? The City of Greater Dandenong's Cinema in the Square is here, with our biggest line up of movies yet! Sit back, relax and enjoy free outdoor cinema under the stars. Bring a blanket, some chairs or even a picnic, and head down to Harmony Square every Friday night from 1 February to 15 March.
Movies will be subtitled where possible.
A Plastic Ocean (PG):
An Australian documentary that dives deep to into the realities of plastic waste in our oceans. While searching for the elusive blue whale, journalist Craig Leeson discovers plastic waste where there should be none. This adventure documentary follows what happened next, with Craig teaming up with free diver Tanya Streeter and an international team of scientists and researchers.
Follow Craig and the team as they travel to 20 locations across the globe to explore the fragile state of our oceans, uncover alarming truths about plastic pollution, and reveal working solutions that can be put into immediate effect.
